For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At INSDE, S.L.U. we treat the information of:
- CONTACT FORMS in order to manage the requests received.
- BOOK A VISIT form for the purpose of managing booking requests to visit the school.
- SUMMER CAMPS form for the purpose of managing requests for information about summer camps.
- E-mails sent to addresses related to sports activities in order to manage registrations for these activities.
- E-mails sent to addresses related to the sending of CVs for the management of candidates.
How long will we keep your data?
- The data from the CONTACT form will be kept until the request has been dealt with.
- The data from the BOOK A VISIT form will be kept until the end of the enrollment period.
- The data from the SUMMER CAMP form will be kept until the end of the summer camp duration.
- Data sent to addresses related to sporting activities will be kept for one academic year.
- Data sent to addresses related to sending CVs will be kept for 6 months from receipt.
What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The consent of the interested party when sending the corresponding form or sending the e-mail.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
In the case of SUMMER CAMPS, the data may be communicated to banks for the collection of receipts and to third parties involved in the organisation of outings or excursions included in the camp.
In the case of registrations for sports activities, the data may be communicated to banks for the collection of receipts.
Other than in the cases described above, no data will be communicated.
Those suppliers who provide us with a service as data processors and with whom we have signed the corresponding contracts, may have access to your data.
What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to, whether INSDE, S.L.U. is processing personal data concerning them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
In certain circumstances, the interested party may request that we restrict the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain the data for the purpose of exercising or defending claims.
In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their situation, the interested party may object to the processing of their data.

Common use with social networks
If the person concerned chooses to access the Services via his or her social media account (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or LinkedIn) or clicks on one of the social media connection buttons or links (e.g. the Facebook "Like" button) that are available on the Services, your content and personal information will be shared with the relevant social media networks.
